Not waived. Today we have filed one 3B. Paid late fee of Rs. 2400 SGST plus Rs. 2400 CGST. For 24 day’s delay
yes Muralidharan is right august late fees not waived
i have also filed on 29th sep and on 2-3 days afer that but has not charge penalty

yes I even file gstr3B return today for the month of September and it raise the penalty of rs 4800 and I submitted the return of August on time
I guess today is the problem in the portal ..

u knw guys mane 2din phle August and September ki gstr3B file ki thi with not late fees at all it was filed successfully .and guys problem hai so guys aap logo se request hai ki kal bhi apni koi gstr3B return file Na kare bcs bhut sare cases mai ye problem as rahii hai jab aaj mane GST helpdesk mai call kiya toh unhe ye bola ki ye issue chal raha hai GST portal mai..
