RS 50 PER DAY FOR OTHERS
Well i have filed my return today for october with 0 tax liability and being charged only 10 Rs per sgst/cgst act.

Yes... You are Exactly correct. If nil return then Charged Rs. 20 (Each 10 for S/CGST)
