Late fee

The late fee of GSTR 3B for the month of August has been waived off and the amount paid as late fee will get reflected in the cash ledger of the user. The process for refund has begun and most of the users have received the amount in the cash ledger. If you have not received yet, it will soon be reflected.

In my opinion, the late fee for GSTR 3B of August has been waived off. The official notification although has not been published yet few on my clients have received the amount paid as late fee in their cash ledgers.

Some times opinion is going successful. But, always opinion considered simply as opinion....
I wish to the receivers who is received the late fee as waived.. But, many others can't get including me... Without notifications we can't give surety. Bcoz, in case we give opinion, and govt can't waiver after our clients ll not satisfied...
So, Wait on further notification....
