What is the last date of filing of Balance Sheet and PL thru XBRL in case of AGM on 30th September, 11 ?
I referred MCA circular dated 28.7.11 wherein it was mentioned that Last date is 30.11.11 or 60 days from the due date whichever is later. My earlier understanding was "last date as 30.11.11" for all cases and due date i assumed as the date of AGM, but i am confused after seeing the write up by Sanjay Mehta in linedin.
Can anyone clarify please? what is yr interpretation
