last date for efiling of income tax is extended or not please clarify

not extended pls file today itself unless interest u/s 234A shall be charged

Not extended. it's today 31st Aug
From tomorrow Late fee under 234F and interest under 234 A will become payable

if I am filing itr-1 then ,can I get scholarship or any subsidy provide by government ?
if salary income less than 2.5 lakhs

Not Extended Sir...
The Order u/s 119 circulating in social media is FAKE. The same has also been clarified by the Income Tax Department.

So file your ITR today inorder to avoid Late Fees u/s 234F and Interest u/s 234A.
