Last date Filing GSTR3B for the month of September 2018 is 20.10.2018 and also Shortage of ITC Claim or Reverse the Excess ITC .This date now extended?

not official datA received but rumors in mrkt that its will extend till dec-18
It is extended for newly migrated taxpayer only and no relief for timely fillers 🙃🙃🙃 As per new press release
