i paid fee for nov 2012 ca final exams, but i am absent to all exams, while filling online exam application form, is it included in last appearance details of final exam,
if i enter details of may 2012, nov 2011 final exams , is it correct?

You would have got the Admit card for November 2012 Examination, and even if you did not appear in the examination, you are bound to update the previous 3 attempts as Nov 2011, May 2012 & Nov 2012.
You need not to give the said details bcoz its not a mandatory field. So if you want, you may skip the coloumn and proceed.
