i am doing internal audit of a company whose providing and services of security guards and other man power services can any one tell me which books they should maintain related to labour law like ,
and which satutory dues are aplicable to them more then ESIC,PF and all ,

To ur client office usual stautory requirements should be complied like ESI,EPF,etc...
If your client provided bill to customers with Service tax it should be remitted within due date... remittance of Tds if deducted to suppliers and employees, any other type of tax he collects has to remit the same if collected at source, and comply with labour law requirements as prescribed in the Act
