Labour conractor
if labour conractor have labour license on his wife name but he issue invoice his pan number and his gst number can it 's effect on company compliance matter? it is duty to compay to take invoce only from his wife pan number?

When the contract is issued to a contractor, having GST no., PAN; and when the person issues bills as per contract, company has to deal with the contractor himself. It is duty of the contractor himself (and not company) to comply with existing provisions of laws.
