Labor charges on spare parts
Please clarify whether labor charges levied on fitting of mechanical spare parts are covered under composition scheme of GST or not.

yes, if you are registered under composition scheme, the supply of spares will be taxed under Composition scheme only.
Your reply is not clear. Can we apply labor charges also under composition scheme.
No. The registered person under composition scheme is not allowed to supply services except a few specified services. Pl refer to section 10(2)(a) of CGST Act.
