Kindly advice
A farmer's agricultural land was acquired by the Government for the Highway and he received compensation Rs 230000/ . TDS deducted Rs23000 under 194 LA. Whether he will get a refund of the same.Now which form he has to use?. Under which head he shows this income. How the tax calculated and refund claimed.
