Kaunsi ITR fill karen

Mere bhua ji ke pass 1990 ke kuch shares hai. vo kam nahin karti and unki income nhi hai.

unka dividend tds kuch Rs.3000 ka cut gya hai and unko Rs.40000 around FD interest income hai.

Kaunsi ITR meri bhuaji file karen. Dividend TDS jo cut gya hai vo ITR refund chahiye. unki age 65 ke around hai.

ab tak unhone koi bhi ITR fill nhi ki kyun ki income bahut kam hai.

Ab dividend jo cut gya hai vo kaun si ITR fill karen?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies which Income Tax Return (ITR) form is appropriate for an individual with dividend income (where TDS has been deducted) and Fixed Deposit (FD) interest. The advice given suggests that if all shares are listed and there's no investment in unlisted shares, ITR-1 is the correct form to file, especially for senior citizens seeking a refund on the deducted TDS.

If no investment  in unlisted shares, file ITR 1.

Otherwise ITR 2.

Thank You,

Sare shares listed hai.

To only dividend and FD interest income ke liye ITR-1 file karen?
