Joint auditors

Please if any one knows reply to this ques......

thats ok but what abt the auditor who r not getting appointed

Pass resolution for their no reappointment...?

and any other requirements r to be fullfilled or not.....?

first :: Notice to share holder... usme ye likhenge ki next year ke liye sir ek auditor Mr. X ko appoint kiya jayega.

Second:: in genral meting..... ydi joint auditor ko kisi resn se hta rhe he to uske anusar resoliution (normal or special) pass hoga.

Therd:: notice to auditor... AGM me Appoint hone ke bad use notic beja jayega (7 din ke ander)

forth:: Form 23B me wo apni appruval dega.
