Apart from that you can register your name in the professional employement exchange (state government run) as well as central employment exchange.

If you get experience in a corporate law firm or a Senior chartered Accountant's office , you will get good exposure in corporate world. Usually corporates dont wlcome freshers (except in campus interviews)

You have completed your CA. That is a great achievement ! Passing CA in fourth attempt is not bad at all. Does anybody asks a doctor how many years did he consume to get the degree ? Everybody just looks at his prefix. CA has lot of demand. They get jobs in the corporate world  very easily. The problem with you lies in the state where you live. It is afterall Mamta didi's state, a state which is known for it's Industrial unfriendly policies. I advise you to shift to Mumbai or Delhi where there are Registered & Corporate offices of lots of companies. After shifting, start writing Resumes which shall include your Mumbai or Delhi address (not your Kolkata address). For reference, give name & phone no. of your employer where you worked as an article. For refering top companies, refer Economic times (ET) 500 list. Then, post your resume on each an every site. And wait for some time. The response may come even after 3-4 months. It is certain that you will get job somewhere. Their is no reason for you to get upset. I advise you to remain confident during the interview.
