Job work through sale purchase transactions

can we provide stock for assembling on sale invoice and take back on purchase invoice if no please explain consequences of doing this

Yes , you can ..... but why not by issuing credit note. (unnecessary turnover is increased)

Sorry for above reply , I misread your query , for jobwork it's need to be send & reced back on Delivery challan only . No you cannot issue tax invoice for the same as it is not an supply .
