Dear All,
Jharkhand commercial tax dept has changed VAT rates to 5% and 14% with effect from 7th May 2011.
Please refer the notification from the commercial tax dept.

We manafactured Parts of Railways Locomotive Engine items Long Hood , Short Hood, Cover and Frame which is used at Loco engine .
DLW not issue FORM C
We have to Charge CST on Full tax
What Rate we should charge to CST
