Jerusalem tour package ?

yes it;s a taxable and even he just raised the bill ... it would mean that service tax was inclusive in the billed amount.

And after the gross receipt exceeds 10 lakh, Service tax registration is compulsory.

And  case of packaged tours 75 % abatement is applicable.

And in case of booking accomodation 90 % abatement is applicable

And for service other than package tour and booking of accomodation 60 % abatement is available.

breakup of services needed, provided within india and abroad, and payment received in india and abroad. 

otherwise it would be packaged tour and 75% abatement may be availed.
