I wanted to know that is it necessary to join coaching for ITSM?
Incase of no coachings, which book should I refer?

It is suggested to for IT coaching bcz it is completely a dry subject to a commerce background fellow and SM that depends.

for IT, Dinesh Madan book is a good one to opt for...and for SM ,Padhuka is a good book and u can also refer ICAI study module and practice manual too...
