Itr-v rejected

If ur ITR has been rejected then u might have received an email at ur registered mail id .

Check out ur mail id would have specified the resons for such rejection...

I got the mail in my id. The subject was - Non-Receipt of IT.

so can i resend the itr-v intimation\/

You must upload ur ITR once again and then send the acknowlegemnt slip. Such problem occurs because the ITR ackowlegemnt uploaded might not had been received by Income Tax Department.

non reciept of itr-v means the itr-v you have send has not reached them , so you just upload it again and send it to cpc banglore.....

In that case, i have to revise my return right.

coz i can get the acknowledgement from the income tax site.

Filing IT returns after 1st April 2012

Date of posting Extended to 31st Dec2012 or 120 days which ever is later..!!!

Just see the status of your return in the income tax site and check whether it is uploaded or not, if uploaded then you can not file it originally.
