I have filled returns by e filling & send the signed ITR V at Banglore but No ack. receipt has been received via email & i also check at ITD site > My account > e- filling processing status, & there also no record found.
So what to do now ?, As the last date of posting ITR V expired.

You need to file this return again as there is no other option..........
file the ITR again and resend the validated ITR-V by speed post/courior/simple post.
rather than filing again, take another print of itr v and resend.
