First pay the tax today itself
File revised return with tax payment details and upload today itself and eVerify return
From tomorrow tax will be more as interest will be added

revised return is required to be filed u/s 139(5) because the return is a defective return. So do that after payment of self assessment tax u/s 140A
pay tax on SAT basis and revised return until and unless AO will declare as defective return
