Please help to determine the Gratuity Amount,

below is the details of ,

As on Dated.31.03.2012 i have completed 5 years service period , so wether how according to Gratuety Act 1972,  i am now eligible to get the gratuety from my employer, how it will be calculated if now i wish to leave the job with in a year, my last Basic last salary is.12000 & DA 50% forming part of retirement benefit wholly.

so how much gratuety will be lible to get me.

 12000 * 15/26 * 5 = 34615(approx)
