When I try to download ITR 4 for Regular Individual from the IT site, the ITR Nos. were changed that 3 for Individual Regular(earlier this is for Partners), and 4 for Presumptive Income(earlier this is for Regular Individuals)...Is it right to proceed?
Whether there is any changes in Return Nos. as above....please clarify...

Yes, correct.......... ITR Nos. were changed that 3 for Individual Regular (earlier this is for Partners).
Last year's ITR 4 & 3........ clubbed together to ITR3 for this AY.
