if a person file itr 3 in last financial year, then he is liable to file itr 3 for his business for 5 years
and he could not file itr 4 for current financial year.

Once you have opt out of 44AD& file ITR-3 in one year then you don't opt to pay tax on presumptive basis for next 5 years. So you have to file ITR-3 for next 5 years.
