Itr query... plz help
Hello,
I want to know that if a person having income from his proprietary business hasn't filed his ITR from last 3 years, can he now file the same in Current Year..??
If Yes, what is the procedure...??

He can file AY 12-13 return upto max 31st mar 14. For AY 13-14 return th due date is 30th july 13 and he can file file max upto 31st mar 15.
