ITR PROCESSING AND REFUNDS
It'll be nearly Four Months since I and my wife filed our ITR (ITR 2). We've also paid Advance Tax. Still there're No indications from IT Dept., as regards When the processing and refunds disbursements will start. 🤔 Any idea when I can expect??

Yes... Some times its less than a month, Some times its less than a year or more 😇😇😇

Interest is 6 % p.a. effective from 1-4-2019 .
You can check the return status online on eFiling Portal
For refund purpose you require to pre-validate bank details. If you did it then ok. Otherwise do it immediately bcoz refund is released thereafter .

But Pravin, I've been getting my refund credits in the same SB account for last 5 years, and, also, this time, I've submitted "Pre-Validation" of the same account, about Two months back. E-filing website still shows status as "Service request submitted". What should I do? 🤔

Just wait for the ITR processing. After that You can get refund. No need bank checking....

No need to validate or any other if it's already processed one. Simply wait for the Processing of ITR. After processing refund amount deposit to Your bank account as per the same PY...
If Your bank account is wrong or not get any refund or get notice for bank account is not validate then Only you can go to verify x validate your account. Before that wait on Your ITR process...
As per Your query You will wait ITR processing. Don't be consider the confusing replies about the bank details. These are extra curriculum/super power mind activities...
