A partnership has changed in mid october 10 with admission of new partner and retirement of one partner. The name of the partnership firm is changed from ABC AND CO to PQR AND CO
Should I go for the correction of the par card or apply for the new pan surrendering old pan
PAN should be same but you have to change the name
if it is registered partnership firm, then registration no. will remain same, so you have to change only name on PAN card, no need to apply for new card.
how this possible to change the Firm Name without changing occur in Registration Number.
the old firm get dissolved and new firm is to be created if you want chang in firm name.
once if registration nuber get changed frsh pan will be appiled for.
