AFTER CHAPTER VI , 80C & HBA INTT. DEDUCTIONS IT WIIL BECOME 4.5 LACS .
CAN I FILL MANUAL ITR-1 ?

Income should be annual income after deductions,
in your case it is 4.50 lakha hence you can opt for manual filling.
but the e filling has more benefit than e filling.
