ITR Form for a NRI earning Salary in India
The assessee was outside india for 1 year and 9 months and returned india on 9th Oct 2018. He is a non resident since he was not present in india for 182 days in cr year. Which ITR should be used to file his return of income earned as salary after coming into India.
