Itr filling by NRI without Adhar linking
My uncle residing in Canada have rental,pension and interest income in India.he has not issued aadhar card as he has not arrived india since last 7 years.Now he has issue in return filling as he has not linked his adhar card with his PAN.please advise how could he file his ITR.

uncle is exempt from quoting adhaar card.
Indians, who’ve lived outside India for more than six months (182 days to be exact) in the last 12 months, don’t have to quote Aadhaar.
But if you have an Aadhaar card, it’s a good idea to link anyway now.
