Itr filed just 15 minutes after specified time
I HEARD OF A NOTIFICATION/CIRCULAR LAST YEAR THAT IF ITR IS FILED AFTER FEW MINUTES OF THE SPCIFIED DUE DATE OF FILING RETURN, IT IS CONSIDERED AS FILED WITHIN DUE DATE
IS IT VALID FOR AY 12-13 & FURTHER ALSO.
CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME THE REFERNCE OF THAT PARTICULAR NOTIFICATION/ CIRCULAR

There is no such notfication. However you can file a plead with the CIT to condone the delay..mostly it will be allowed.
1st of all send your ITR V to CPC bangalore, and department usually does not make hardship for genuine reasons.
