Is it psbl to file Income Tax Return for AY 2010-11? If yes, under which section?

No dear. The last date for belated return was 31 March 2013. However, if you have a refund not exceeding a prescribed limit and no carry forward of losses you may apply to CBDT for condonation of delay in furnishing ITR. The decision of CBDT will be final and binding.
