As i seen your problem, there is one solution by which you can get releif from your problem for your client i.e. in every Govt department there should be an OMBUDSMAN according to investor Protection Act which is supposed to solve the problem & try to make amicable relation between the parties. Either you contact him in Jaipur Income Tax Deptt or If you have filled your clients return online for last three asssessment year take copy of them and lastly if no solution come out then personally approach the income tax officer to help you out.
