Sir, I am trying to use Return u/s 44ADA. But there is no option for Capital Gain in the Form ITR-4 Sugam. Please revert which form to use.

FOR WHOM U R USING THIS ITR 

USE ITR 4 IF HAVING BUSINESS OR ESLE USE ITR 2

HI..I AM DOING ACCOUNTING JOBS FOR DIFFERENT ORGANISATIONS. THEY DEDUCT TDS ON PROFESSIONAL FEES.

I AM WORKING AS AN ACCOUNTANT FOR VARIOUS ORGANISATIONS. They take TDS off of professional fees.
