As assessee providing teaching services to students which taxable under head PGBP
ITR3 and ITR4 both are filled for PGBP income,
ITR3 is file for normal case
ITR4 is file for presumptive taxation

Yes, providing coaching classes are covered under the head PGBP and ITR 4 will be filed in case of presumptive taxation otherwise file ITR 3
