hi friend my query is that a person having the income more than 500000/- she is sr. citizen now time her department already deduct tds from her salary . now time when we checked online 26as then this form is showing 0 amount of tds deposited by her employer also employer issued form 16 so tell me what should we do regarding this . she also consulted her employer than they asked will rectified or reconcile if they will receive any notice from the IT department .... |

It is mandatory to issue Form 16 generated from TRACES......I think it is impossible to generate Form 16(electranically) without effecting 26AS.
Employer might have given Form 16 other than by way of generating from TRACES
Employer should retify the return. If the employer issues form 16 other than by way of generating from TRACES is not valid
