if a person is filling itr 2 after due date and he has STCL , ...as per IT Act we can not carry forward the losses..
so how to show in itr 2....

if you can set off against income under any other head, set it off
its not possible in case of salary income...then??
only recourse is 119(2)(b) but I'm not sure
