ITC on trucks lorries used for inhouse transportation of goods from one factory to another
Is ITC available on truck used to transfer semi finished goods from one factory to another.? Company is registered and selling taxable goods.

Yes... You can claim ITC.
Yes you can claim ITC on Motor Truck as it is used for Transportation of Goods and in the course of business ( Section 16(1) ). Just ensure that all the Four conditions as laid down u/s 16(2) of the CGST Act 2017 is satisfied before claiming ITC.
