Yes you can claim ITC on Bus hire services used for Transportation of Employees...
even if he charges 5% or only when charges12% pls also quote HSN code under which it comes for better clarification of me
As per Notification 31/2017 CT (R) :
No ITC available in case of GST charge 5%
