We have purchased Sewage pipes for Washrooms and Toilets for our Plant. Can we avail Input Credit on the same? Please clarify..

Generally ITC not available for construction of Building and it's related activities...
In case it's under Repairs and Maintenance then You can avail ITC...

XYZ company constructing an immovable property. They cannot claim any ITC. However, XYZ hires ABC Contractors for a portion of the works contract. XYZ can claim ITC on the GST charged by ABC Contractors.

Yes Sir you are right, the above is available for Work Contractors.
