ITC on purchase of property
how can and how much we can claim as ITC if we are purchasing a property???

End users cannot claim ITC of GST paid.....
if purchased for business purpose and Is used for normal activity of business itc can be claimed
If you purchase a property for business purpose say doing business of sale and purchase of property then there are two situations:
1 If purchased from Registered than ITC available.
2 If purchased from URD ITC not available.
If you purchase for personal use no ITC available.
