ITC on Car maintenance for Proprietorship

Can a proprietorship claim ITC for car repair and insurance? Please clarify! Thanks

The ITC is restricted as per second 17(5) if car is used for furtherance of business. However if the car is used for further supply (cab services provided) then same be eligible.
