Brought forward balance of Prof Tax not appear in PTRC form

Since the B/F field is non-editable, the credit has to come from system records. Check previous return and challan ledger; if credit exists but is not shown, raise a MahaGST grievance with supporting documents.

PTRC Returns:

In continuation of above query, I raised a ticket about b/f credit of professional tax of last year but they closed the ticket without any solution.

New Ticket generated again for same grievance, it is open now.

Also gave them details of ticket on phone.

But now no one takes a call, trying daily several times.

Meantime late fee getting applicable due to delay in filing returns, delay is due to department error of not showing b/f credit.

So, what shall I do now, cannot file return without b/f credit, we may lose that opening credit forever.

Please guide.
