I want to purchase a car in our factory ITC IS ELIGIBLE OF GST

No itc will not be eligible...
ITC for motor vehicle is generally not available. However such ITC is available only if Motor vehicles are used for:
a. Transportation of Goods
b. Further supply of such vehicles, transportation of passengers, imparting training on driving, flying, navigating such vehicles or conveyances.
