One of my party is job work, he bought cotton in april 2018,ITC is not claim in april. That itc has been taken from march 2019 3B . The bill is showning up in the month of april 2A, In the future there can be any problem i have taken itc late??

There is no problem if you avail ITC lately. However, no credit on invoices pertaining to FY 18-19 can be availed after September'19. In your case, as it is earlier than Sep'19, you can claim ITC.
There is no problem even if the invoice is appearing in April'18 GSTR-2A and credit is availed in Mar'19.
