Can we Cliam the input of GST which deducted on business loan processing charges???

Yes you can, as you have taken loan in course and furtherance of business

Yes, you can take ITC but it should be reflected in Gstr2A.

Yes as per section 16 CGST Act :
You must have the Tax Invoice
you must have reced the services
And its in course & Furtherance of business.
Kindly take the Tax Invoice from supplier
