If registered dealer purchase from composition scheme dealer then he can avail ITC but if composition daeler is purchasing from registered or unregistered dealer he can not avail ITC.

If you are selling to composition dealer then you are not eligible for ITC as ITC is calculated on purchases not on sale items

if registered dealer sells to any dealer will be eligible for inputs on his purchases. But composition dealer can not use ITC on purchases.

UPASANA JI I THINK A COMPOSITION DEALER CANNOT CHARGE GST IN HIS INVOICE ,OTHERWISE SOMEONE CLAIM FOR ITC .READ AGAIN AND CLEAR IT .

Composition Dealer ll be issue Bill of Supply and Its not tax Invoice.

Registered Dealer ll be Purchased from Composition Dealer RD can't take/Claim ITC. Just he ll be loss his(RD) ITC

Yes Registered dealer seller can take itc on his purchases but composition scheme dealer cannot take itc of purchases from regiatered dealer.

Please understand the View...
The Sales vide tax is your liability. It's never change at time of sale to RD / URD / RD Compo / End Users. You can issue invoices then you can pay tax to Govt after calculate your ITC.

Composition dealer can't take ITC and can't give taxable invoices....
