As per Section 143 of CGST Act read with Rule 45, The ITC 04 is applicable when the Principal Sents Goods to Jobwork place for Job work .
Hence if you adopting the above process by sending Gold bar to Jobwork place & receiving back in for Ornaments you are required to file ITC 04
