i worked one sourcing company for 6 months only after that iam not working and they deducted tax 13,000 under section 194j and my total income is for last year is 1,40000 only . which form should fill for returns and what is procedure.

TDS deuducted U/s 194J i.e. Professional Service....!!!
We have to claim Refund amount because your income is below Rs,180000...!!
