Dear Sir,
I'm TO is below 5,00,000 did i need to file or i can leave as it is.
i've a small doubt ,
we are all working below 5 members, did we need to obatin shops & establishment lisence

It is mandatory to file ITR if your gross total income from all the sources exceed BEL, i.e. 2.50 lakhs.
Otherwise also, for business loans etc. ITR filing (be GTI below BEL) is advantageous.

Yes...... Even if you do not have any employee, but S&E license is mandatory to run any bussiness/Shop.
